We’ve been waiting a long time to share Chris and Mary’s District Winery Wedding video with you, but it’s finally here! We were so thrilled to finally provide wedding videography for Chris and Mary after a year long postponement. The COVID-19 pandemic delayed their plans, as they had intended to marry in 2020. It was well worth the wait, even if it was a gloomy day in Washington D.C., as the couple celebrated their big day at District Winery over the Anacostia River.

There were a few special guests at this wedding as well – Chris and Mary have two dogs who were able to attend the event throughout the day and were even mentioned in both of their vows.

Chris and Mary had a backyard wedding with only close friends and relatives in 2020, at which Chris promised Mary that they would eventually have five dogs together. At the time they just had the one and since then, they’ve acquired another dog, so they’re almost there. As you may have seen already, what stole the day was their special vows that they wrote for one another – I always love it when couples choose to do this because it really brings so much of a personal touch to their wedding video.

The District Winery is a beautiful venue, and the staff there did an incredible job with this wedding. I was so glad to have the opportunity to work there and be part of Chris and Mary’s wedding day.
